Chainsaw artist Billy LaFleur sculpts a beaver from a tree stump in Festival Park. The Castle Rock Artist Cooperative worked with Downtown Castle Rock to identify the artist (Billy) and subject (our Town’s mascot) in this unique public art project. Billy says he hopes to be done within a week or so. Go Billy!
