Aaron grew up in Mr. Roger’s neighborhood, known as Squirrel Hill, located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Other than Pittsburgh and Colorado, Aaron lived in Germany, (former) Yugoslavia, the Republic of Korea, and Chicago. His photography training comes from his father, Ray, his uncle Robbie (Iron Horse Magazine), a lightroom class, and more than a few youtube tutorials. The style of Aaron’s small urban photography strikes bright into black-and-white. His pictures render a slight skew to what we view during our daily walks and drives. The native yunzer’s other artistic hobbies include hosting trivia and writing. His education includes a Master of Science in Finance from the University of Illinois and a B.A. in English from the University of Colorado. Aaron serves as the Comptroller for the 108th Training Command (Army Reserves) in Charlotte, North Carolina, District 6 Historian for the American Legion, Board Member of the University of Colorado Army ROTC Alumni Association and works in public finance.
