Colin Shreffler – Castle Rock Artist Cooperative

Colin Shreffler, a self proclaimed Multipotentialite, has a passion for learning and he has leveraged that skill to fully experience and immerse himself in various areas of interest throughout his life. Colin began his career with a short stint at NASA after completing his undergraduate degree in Physics from the University of Maryland. He is a self-taught Computer Scientist and has been working as a Software Engineer for over 24 years. Colin’s other areas of interest include playing the guitar, performing in musicals, adventure motorcycling, creating computer automated control devices for the Internet of Things, Ham Radio (Technician Class), coaching girl’s volleyball, and serving the community as a Scout Master and Army Veteran. He also has a First Degree Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do and is a certified shooting instructor.

Colin’s most recent passion, Photography, has enabled him to explore the world with new eyes. It provides the perfect balance of technical acumen and artistic wonder. He enjoys photographing anything beautiful and shares this passion with his wife, Stacie, as they set out to explore their beautiful home state of Colorado.
